Custom Pillows and Home Décor Projects: Gallery

Houston and Scott produces decorative throw pillows and home décor items handmade on vintage sewing machines in our home studio in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

We specialize in custom, made-to-order throw pillows and throw pillow covers of all shapes and sizes designed to complement your home or office space.

Many of our pillows and pillow covers are made from upcycled genuine vintage fabrics from the mid-century era of the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, as well as the finest contemporary fabrics available today.

We can also create custom pillow covers from Customer's Own Material (COM). If you have your own fabric and want to have some custom pillow covers made, we can guide you through the entire process to determine the appropriate size, shape, backing options and zipper. We can also help source pillow inserts with options from feather stuffing, polyfill, or down alternative. The base price for a small standard size COM pillow is $60 and includes an invisible zipper closure. COM pillows handmade by Houston and Scott can be a very affordable option to decorate your home of office.

All items produced by Houston and Scott are made using a small fleet of vintage sewing machines from the 1950s and early 1960s. Our craftsmanship has been described as “superb” and we take great pride in delivering a finished product that will exceed expectations.
